 While returning home to northeastern
Pennsylvania from a trip to
Arizona, my wife and I were
unfortunately plagued with
a mechanical problem on the
travel trailer we were towing.
The bearings on one of our
four wheels were damaged, leaving
us stranded at a rest stop
near the border of Maryland
and Pennsylvania. Luckily we
were close to Keystone RV and
drove the trailer over there
to have it looked at. The staff
that greeted us could not have
been more helpful. They took
the trailer into their shop
and immediately were able to
diagnose the problem. We have
a service protection plan on
the trailer and the service
manager, Todd, contacted the
insurance company and was able
to get a claim number right
away. Even though quitting
time was fast approaching,
they made every effort to fix
the damage and get us back
on the road. Because we were
not sure the other three wheels
were also damaged, we wanted
them checked out. Because of
this, the service department
would not have been able to
finish that day, so Todd offered
to let us stay in their campground
overnight, at no charge, so
they could perform the service
and let us get on our way the
next morning. We opted to leave
the trailer and drive home
(250 miles). We received a
call the next day telling us
that everything was repaired
and that we could pick up the
trailer. We finally were able
to do so a few days ago, and
were pleased with the work
they did. The staff went
out of their way to help us
hitch up and get on our way.
They could have not been more
pleasant.

very inpressed with your service

wife and I recently purchased a
1995 Airstream Land Yacht from Keystone
RV Center in Pennsylvania. We saw
an ad for this unit on the Internet.
We called Keystone and made an appointment
to see it. The RV was in the process
of being refurbished when we arrived.
Keystone's Sales Consultant, Paul
Chesney, showed us the motorhome
and indicated what the dealer was
willing to do to make it ready for
sale. We agreed on what I considered
a fair price and placed a deposit
on it and returned home.
During
the next few weeks, Keystone sent
me digital pictures and gave me
updates as the Airstream was being
prepared. When we returned to finalize
the sale, the motorhome looked like
new. All of the paperwork was ready
and the sale closing took only minutes.
A Keystone Service Technician then
spent four hours showing us the
operation of each system in the
motorhome in great detail. We discovered
a few additional items that needed
to be fixed.
Keystone
RV has a campground adjacent to
their facility. We were invited
to stay the night at no charge;
so the additional repairs could
be completed. During the next day
we purchased camping supplies at
Keystone's store (receiving a !0%
discount). We actually ended up
spending two nights at their campground
and then left Keystone with a full
tank of propane and half a tank
of gas. So far we are very pleased
with our purchase and would recommend
Keystone RV Center as a great place
to purchase a motorhome ...
